We called Burgess for a quote on wiring an above ground pool with a timer and all new outdoor electrical. Pat was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He came out on a moments notice to quote the job, and got to it quickly. He worked proficiently, prices were fair, and he communicated every step of the way. After his part was done, we had the work inspected by the town, and the inspector himself said it was a job very well done. 10/10 highly recommend !!

Patrick showed up on time. He provided me with a clearly itemized breakdown of everything that I asked to be done. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. When I asked for information on additional work that I needed due to safety concerns I had with loose outlets he acknowledged my concerns and explained exactly what was wrong with them, and agreed that, yes they should be replaced. He finished the job, and took the time to clean up after himself. HIGHLY recommend Burgess Electric.

When two of our appliances began giving us shocks when touched, we knew we needed immediate help. Patrick Burgess took our call and arranged to come right away. Upon inspection, he identified improper wiring that was causing the issue. He stayed until everything was restored to a safe condition. We were most appreciative of his professionalism in the matter.

I highly recommend Burgess Electric. I contacted him and got a response the same day. I needed 7 fire/carbon monoxide detectors replaced in my home. He gave me an estimate the same day , picked up the supplies and installed them based on my availability. The service was fast and done perfectly. He also explained how the new alarms worked, when batteries need to be changed, and to cover them when doing heavy cleaning. I will definitely be using them again. Thanks Pat!

Pat showed up on time and took care of a long punch list in less than a day. His work is very high quality; everything works perfectly and looks fantastic. Pat did an incredible job. I had him repair an outlet and install two exterior outlets on my home. They came out so good. Another plus is Pat is the only contractor that came to my house for an estimate and didn’t try to fluff it with unecessary work. Will definitely be using Burgess Elecrtric for all future work.

Such a great job done! Pat and his father were extremely respectful, even cleaned up after themselves. Had our entire electrical panel replaced and Pat went over everything done. The adventure of getting an electrician is being wild and interesting but Patrick was the right guy; down to Earth; reasonable price and understand what we were looking for. He is very polite and respectul. His job was clean and well done. He explained all the details, the requirement and always tell us the truth (hard to say with other electricians). I like his honesty and communication.

We had an electrical emergency yesterday and Burgess Electric came highly recommended but a friend. I'm so glad we called them! Patrick came out quickly, the same day! He made sure our power was restored quickly and safely with an immediate fix, and talked us through next steps and what is necessary for a long term solution, including a couple of different options that might be best for us and our unique old home.
